1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Pichai Studies website at pichaist.pro and your participation in any course or programme offered by Pichai Studies, located at 73 Ratchadapisek Road, Din Daeng, Bangkok 10400, Thailand.

By accessing our website or enrolling in a course, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms. If any part of these terms is unclear, please contact us before proceeding.

2. Using Our Website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Attempt to access parts of the site that are not intended for public access.
  • Copy, redistribute, or reproduce website content without our written consent.
  • Introduce malicious software or attempt to interfere with site functionality.
  • Use the site in a way that could harm Pichai Studies or other users.

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to the website at any time, including for maintenance or security reasons.

3. Course Enrolment

Enrolment in a Pichai Studies programme begins when you submit an enquiry and we confirm your place in writing. A place is not secured until payment has been received in full or a payment arrangement has been agreed with us.

Each course operates within a defined cohort size. We will inform you of availability at the time of your enquiry. We reserve the right to decline an enrolment if a cohort is full or if we reasonably determine that a programme is not a suitable fit for your circumstances.

Enrolment is personal. Your place in a course may not be transferred to another person without our prior written agreement.

4. Fees and Payment

Course fees are as listed on our website at the time of enrolment and are denominated in Thai Baht (฿). Current fees are:

  • Everyday Finance for Thai Households at Mid-Life — ฿6,700
  • Building Retirement Confidence — ฿18,500
  • Advanced Estate and Wealth Planning Seminar — ฿36,100

Payment is due in full prior to the start of the first session unless a written instalment arrangement has been agreed. We will issue a receipt upon receipt of cleared funds. Course fees include all materials described in the course outline, including printed workbooks where applicable.

We reserve the right to adjust fees for future cohorts. The fee confirmed at the time of your enrolment applies to your current place.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation by you

If you need to withdraw from a course before it begins, please notify us in writing as early as possible. The following conditions apply:

  • Cancellation more than 14 days before the first session: a full refund less an administrative fee of ฿500.
  • Cancellation between 7 and 14 days before the first session: a 50% refund.
  • Cancellation fewer than 7 days before the first session: no refund is available, though we will consider deferral to a future cohort at our discretion.

Once a course is underway, fees for sessions already delivered are non-refundable. If you experience a significant personal circumstance, please speak with us directly — we approach these situations with care on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation or changes by us

In the unlikely event that we must cancel a course before it begins, we will offer you either a full refund or a place in an equivalent future cohort. If we need to reschedule individual sessions, we will give you as much notice as possible. We are not liable for costs you have incurred in connection with travel or accommodation.

6. Course Delivery

Courses are delivered primarily online via scheduled live sessions. The Advanced Estate and Wealth Planning Seminar includes two in-person gatherings in Bangkok, the dates of which will be confirmed at enrolment.

We will make reasonable efforts to ensure sessions run as scheduled, but we reserve the right to reschedule individual sessions due to circumstances beyond our control, including instructor illness or technical difficulties. We will communicate changes as promptly as we are able.

Participation in live sessions is expected but not always mandatory. If you miss a session, please contact your teaching mentor to discuss how to keep your learning on track.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including workbooks, slides, worksheets, recordings, and written content produced by Pichai Studies, are our intellectual property. These materials are provided for your personal learning use only and may not be:

  • Shared with others outside the course cohort.
  • Reproduced, resold, or published in any form.
  • Used as the basis for derivative educational products.

Printed workbooks and binder sheets are yours to keep for personal reference after the course ends.

8. Educational Disclaimer

Pichai Studies provides financial education. Our courses are designed to help you understand concepts, ask better questions, and make more considered decisions. They do not constitute personalised financial, legal, or tax advice.

Nothing covered in our programmes should be taken as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial product, adjust a specific investment portfolio, or take any particular legal action. Where participants are connected with estate attorneys or family communication specialists as part of the Advanced programme, those professionals operate independently and under their own professional obligations.

We strongly encourage you to seek advice from qualified licensed professionals for decisions specific to your circumstances.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Pichai Studies is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or participation in our courses.

Our total liability to you for any direct loss arising from a course you have enrolled in shall not exceed the fee you paid for that course.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

10. Conduct and Participation

We maintain a respectful learning environment across all our cohorts. All participants are expected to:

  • Treat fellow learners and instructors with courtesy and consideration.
  • Respect the confidentiality of personal information shared by others during sessions.
  • Not record live sessions without prior written consent from Pichai Studies.

If a participant's conduct materially disrupts the learning environment or violates these expectations, we reserve the right to withdraw them from the cohort. In such circumstances, no refund will be issued.

11. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. By enrolling in a course, you acknowledge that we will process your personal information as described in that policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the review date shown at the top of this page. The terms in effect at the time you enrolled apply to your current enrolment. Changes will apply to future enrolments.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these terms or from your participation in a Pichai Studies programme will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
